Assignment: For this assignment we were assigned a topic on a innovative instructional technology tool. I was assigned the topic of cloud computing.

Reflection: In this presentation, I talked about the power of Google Apps for Education (GAFE) and how it is changing the world of education. GAFE is allowing anyone with an internet connection to create, communicate, and collaborate in real time. Before this innovation, these tools required an office suite costing hundreds of dollars and this was just for the creative components. Other tools offered collaboration and/or communication, but GAFE put all of these technologies into one project at no cost to the user. This innovation has the potential to change our world as more people have the tools to communicate, create, collaborate and think critically.
