Assignment: Build an innovative tool to change instruction in the classroom.

Reflection: My Mastery Identification and Assessment tool was created using Google Forms. This simple form allowed a secondary teacher quickly identify what mastery looked like for a given standard and assess a large number of student quickly. I shared this tool with the other science teachers at my site and they found the process simple and the data collected, valuable. The ideas the skills of changing the way you think about things was the best part of this course on innovation and creativity. I uses these concepts in my job regularly as we try to come up with solutions for everyday problems in a public school district.
