Assignment: We were to create a presentation to reflect what we learned during the course.

Reflection: As can be seen in the Prezi above, my training sessions improved after I started using the ADDIE model to design my presentations. Before taking this course, I didn’t put enough thought into each step of this model. Who are my learners? What are the desired outcomes? Also, during the design process, I learned to look at how my design matched my desired outcome. After applying the ADDIE model to my training sessions, my post-evaluations showed improvement in participant buy-in and overall attitude towards the training.
