Educational technology leaders model, design, and disseminate plans that include methods and strategies for applying technology to maximize student learning. 

Assignment: Using the A.D.D.I.E. model as our foundation, we had to write a detailed plan on how we were going to implement a professional development session.

Reflection: A successful training session is only the result of following the A.D.D.I.E. model. This model makes sure that every important part of the instructional design process in not left out. It’s easy to train without planning and this is why most training does not go anywhere. The topics presented in the training sessions are left there and never implemented well. This assignment  made me reflect and analyze every part of my training session and at the end, thus making me a better facilitator.
